We believe in a fair and transparent fee structure, that’s why, unlike most agents, we do not, mark-up maintenance invoices, receive back-handers or commission from contractors, inflate the cost of ongoing safety certificates such as gas safety reports or charge additional fees to renew a tenancy agreement, serve notice or to protect a deposit

Luke was really quick and efficient with our house move. We had been looking for months. We found our house and moved in within 2 weeks. The utility bills were all organised as well, with one utility who they are partnered with.I would highly recommend Masons to anyone who is looking for a rental property. No fuss and stress free.
