We could not fault the service provided by Luke and the team, making our move as smooth as possible!At our first viewing, Luke was happy to answer all questions and provide information about local area. As we were moving from London to Hitchin, this was very important but felt at ease after the viewing and speaking with Luke.Once we applied for property, Trupti guided us through all the forms and was quick to reply on any queries we had.On move in day, Luke met us at the property and checked it was in good condition and working order. We also really appreciated the move in box - after 9 years renting we had never received this and was a great touch!We could not recommend Masons enough and would definitely use again in the future!

Dealt with a few letting agents whilst looking for a flat in Hitchin, one should be sued under trade descriptions as they were certainly not “Leaders”, it was run by kids with no sense of urgency and poor communication.UNLIKE Masons who were super responsive and got us moved within the week. So if you want to work with adults who actually understand the stress of renting get in touch with Luke and his Team.

Myself and my partner moved into our new rental properly a week ago. We had a nightmare with furniture delivery time slots, and travelling from Lincolnshire, we needed a last minute early entry into the flat. Luke was super accommodating and kindly let us have the keys early on a Monday morning - which was a lifesaver. Both Luke and Trupti have been nothing but welcoming and on hand for any issues or questions. Fantastic service which I hope will only continue for the rest of our contract :)

Having rented a property in Hitchin for 10 years, sadly the agency did not come up to scratch and cost me a lot of money to completely refurbish the place after evicting the tenant . Thank goodness Luke from Masons came to the rescue and has been absolutely fantastic through the whole process ,also finding new tenants. I absolutely stand testimony to Luke Masons and his team. They've been extraordinary ever since I joined them from a larger group (who also have a good reputation, but seemed to have many "extra" charges).I knew Luke and one of his team (Jonathan) from previous days and not only trusted them both, but knew them to be decent lads living locally.Masons have taken care off my property now for a few years and I have zero complaints in all this time. They are proactive in letting me know about things and I never have to chase them.They have never left me longer than a few days (literally) without a tenant, and I'm super grateful to them for taking care of my house whilst I live abroad.I absolutely trust them to do exactly what they say they're going to do.
