We cannot recommend Masons highly enough. Luke has been looking after our property for a few years now whilst we are abroad and has been excellent in every way. Luke has a great library of contacts with tradespeople and has always been able to resolve occasional issues both promptly and at reasonable cost. After our long-term tenants recently vacated the property, Luke found us suitable new tenants immediately, and also organized a substantial refurbishment of the property in a short time frame before they moved in. At every step, Luke came with sensible solutions and his project management and attention to detail were second to none. As overseas landlords having someone local who we can trust to look after the property is invaluable. Masons also advise us regarding all legal obligations and make sure all the necessary checks are kept up to date.

Dealt with a few letting agents whilst looking for a flat in Hitchin, one should be sued under trade descriptions as they were certainly not “Leaders”, it was run by kids with no sense of urgency and poor communication.UNLIKE Masons who were super responsive and got us moved within the week. Myself and my partner moved into our new rental properly a week ago. We had a nightmare with furniture delivery time slots, and travelling from Lincolnshire, we needed a last minute early entry into the flat. Having rented a property in Hitchin for 10 years, sadly the agency did not come up to scratch and cost me a lot of money to completely refurbish the place after evicting the tenant .
