Masons managed our property rental and subsequently sold it for us. Everything was easy, organised and professional. They respond to concerns quickly and had all of the required tests and paperwork in place. They provide a diplomatic channel between landlord and tenant. Luke was professional and realistic along with being ambitious for our sale. Marketing materials were well presented and appropriately timed. Of all the agents I've used to rent out properties, Masons are by far the best. Their pricing is transparent and fair, they do the most wonderful marketing videos and their service to both me and the tenants is top notch and highly responsive. Don’t think you can get a better estate agent. The service provided is given with genuine care and support not something common with buying a house. In July we started renting a property advertised and then managed by Masons. During agreeing the rental they were professional, good communicators and easy to deal with. Nothing but praise for MASONS. We were forced into a move due to our landlords selling up.
