In March 2023, Trupti Mahida-Dicocco joined the M A S O N S team, expanding the agency’s property management capability to ensure all landlords and tenants continue to benefit from a responsive, high-quality service.

Trupti brings a decade of property management experience, including many years working in the London rental market and will ensure that the agency’s professional management services run smoothly. Her role will include completing regular inspections, monitoring legal compliance, and dealing swiftly with any maintenance requests or repairs.

As a Welwyn Garden City resident, Trupti relocated to the area from London in 2016 – drawn by Hertfordshire’s combination of open countryside, family-friendly living, and excellent transport links to London. On joining the M A S O N S team, she commented:
